We want to make online student registration easy for you! To get started, you will need to provide a few required documents. Please have these ready before you begin:
1. Photo ID
You need a valid Pennsylvania (PA) Photo ID that shows your current address.

Moved to PA in the last 2 months? Provide proof that you are currently getting a PA ID.

Moved within PA in the last 15 days? Provide your change of address card.

Having trouble getting a PA ID? Submit the best valid photo ID you currently have.
2. Two Proofs of Address (Residency)
You need two documents that prove where you live. Both documents must show the parent/guardian's name, the home address, and a recent date. You need one from List A and one from List B:

Paycheck stub (must show both the employer's and employee's address)

3. Student Information

Birth Certificate: A copy of your child's birth certificate.

Immunization (Shot) Records: A record from a doctor showing your child’s shots, OR a letter for religious exemption.

Important Warning: The shot record must clearly show your child's full name and date of birth. If you take a picture of an online patient portal, make sure the name and birth date are visible in the picture. If they are missing, your registration will be denied.
4. Extra Documents (Only if they apply to your child)

Legal or School Plans: Court-ordered custody agreements, IEPs, or 504 Plans.

English Learners: The EL K-12 Placement Explanation form.
